2017 Highlights

January

We hit a recognized. Beth and Vana earned their 4th level Silver scores and Sarah had her first recognized show.

Alex drank the koolaid.

Feina joins our farm to make me some big, beautiful dressage babies, but fails to get preggers in 2017 >< Feiner Stern x Mozart

Faith moved in with us.

We hit some agility trials and won things.

February

Vana got more fancy boots for his hind legs.

Zara starts learning more big horse things.

We take a lot of foot off Feina's hooves and she's happier.

We show at Haras for our first recognized show and Beth finishes her Bronze medal. Sarah shows Simon as well.

We get some surprise awards from USEF!

I buy another stock tie from Equestrian Pzazz

Orbit convinces us she's the best horse training dog.

Vana and I meet Conrad Schumacher.

We have a Training Camp visitor!

March

Jade plays lesson horse to Alex a couple of times.

I have to go home goods shopping so we can list the house for sale in an attempt to see about expanding now to a bigger farm.

We had some on campus fun with Boerboels doing CGCU testing!

We hit a schooling show at Haras. Sarah rocks it and Vana tries out PSG to much silliness.

A masked bandit clipped Jade.

Alex got to play around with trotting Vana.

Sarah started learning about green horse retraining.

We booked a breeding to Sempatico.

This cute banana boat joined our team (Wesley).

April

Vana and I competed in the CDIAM.

We go see the Wizard of Conrad again.

I bought a shirt to support Elisa and Johnny.

Wesley starts to look like a real horse.

Sarah decides that small horses might not be evil.

Faith gets preggers to Florianus II!

Georgie x Pike puppies arrive!

I judge Barn Hunt in AZ.

Vana and I start working in earnest on GP movements.

Blood, sweat, and ink were shed to get this thing done.

Our first Border Collie litter was born.

We pushed Alex out of a plane for her graduation present.

Feina is FINALLY pregnant!

Super skinny and rain rotted Luna joins our herd.

Luna gets healthy enough to see the vet.

Jason gets a pony ride.

The Frenchies stay the weekend with us.

Alex goes to her first conformation show!

Feina is pregnant again!

September

We cross our fingers for this to make puppies with Georgie.

I spend my birthday trying to nap.

Vana and I practice selfies.

We head to Barn Hunt Nationals but I end up otherwise preoccupied.

The border collie puppies we kept get some picture time.

Luna starts her path to dressageland.

We head to a practice schooling show with the green horses and riders.

October

Wesley starts getting all the nice things as he gets more proficient.

The green horses hit a local schooling show. Luna and Sarah make their first show debut.

We provide finals therapy at a sorority house.

Feina decides she doesn't need blood inside her body (she's also not pregnant anymore).

We do some repro services at the ASCA Nationals.

Pistol comes in for some training.

We go coursing!

A new bay thing joins us.

Sangria looks so pregnant I take her in for a check. She's not :/

Luna looks more dressagey and is really enjoying it.

We find ourselves taking these guys in.

November

Dragging the arena gets a lot easier.

We have a plague of abscesses.

Head back to Haras to get our fancy on. Vana and I show at PSG and Sarah earns her 1st level Bronze scores with Luna!

Alex becomes a Barn Hunt judge.

My SoloShot comes in after a 500 year wait.

Kaci and Luke are here for training camp and Kaci tries to help me figure the SoloShot out.

We take the greenies to Pine Hill for the first time.

We all go a little medieval.

Zara gets an Ogilvy experience.

We head to Pine Hill for a schooling show and get soaked.

Spa Day!
