The time finally came. I had time to think about and evaluate my farm critters and well, there was no point in keeping a super sweet chestnut gelding around. Sorry Mr. Edison! He's been a great first foal for me and I've learned a lot (but mostly developed a lot of confidence in my foal rearing skills). With Piper growing ever larger and I knew that I'd get a "real" Paint this next year well... it was time for the handsome man to head on his own way.
I messaged Piper's first owner (as I'd promised if she had a colt I wanted to sell) and she jumped on the chance to get him. Easiest horse transaction ever :) Good luck sweet boy!
